Diet:
"You're smart and you know what real food is, so stop eating crap."
» Give up soft drinks. Right away. Liquid calories are BRUTAL.
» Avoid Junk. Eat food that is free of preservatives, sugar, corn, syrup and overly loaded with salt and carbs.
» Zero down your sugar intake.
» Get rid of butter and oil.
» Minimise bad carbs. Avoid breads. Consider wheat breads if you have to.
» Snack on dry fruits (almonds, raisins, pistachio), salads (fibre), apples and oat biscuits when hungry.
» Drink a glass of water before every meal to reduce your appetite.
» Never skip a meal. You always end up over eating in your next meal.
» Eat frequently, eat less. Double your number of meals. Eat six times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. By doing so, your metabolism will always be active. Protein and good carbs in each one.
» Drink more water. Couple of green tea (great antioxidant) everyday. Fresh juices without sugar.
» Don't be a jerk when out with friends/family. Spare yourself for this one meal once in a while. But, keep a track of what you eat. You're smart enough to know what to avoid.
Exercise:
A) Run for 20 mins / ~2kms / ~200 calories burnt.
